
Fruit Porridge
• 15ml (1 tbsp) baby rice, made following the instructions on the pack
• 15-30ml (1-2 tbsp) mango, apple or pear purée

Instructions
1. Place the prepared baby rice into a clean serving bowl.
2. Serve with the fruit purée, either by gently mixing it in or running it over the top.
3. Serve warm or cold, however you baby prefers – or why not try both, so they can get used to warm and cool meals?
Tip
This baby porridge recipe is not suitable for freezing, so only make as much as you need.
Why not try other fruit purées such as peach, plum, guava or apricot? Using lots of different flavours will help your baby get used to a variety of foods.
