
Pasta Shapes and Chicken
• 50g uncooked mini pasta shapes
• 35g frozen chopped spinach, defrosted (optional)
• 20g cooked chicken
• 30ml (2tbsp) crème fraiche
• Saucepan

Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. Do not add salt. Stir in the spinach for the last 2 minutes of the cooking time, drain, and return to the pan.
2. Finely mince the chicken. Add to the pasta and spinach mixture and stir in crème fraiche. Warm through gently.
3. Serve warm.
Tip
This chicken pasta for babies recipe will work equally well using finely chopped or minced tofu – a great vegetarian alternative.
