
CERELAC® Mixed Fruits & Wheat with Apricot and Vanilla Purée
• 30-45ml (2-3 tbsp) apricot purée *
• a drop of vanilla essence
• 50g Nestle CERELAC® CERELAC Mixed Fruits & Wheat with Milk
*Follow the recipe for pear purée in Stage 1 using apricots. Cool any leftovers and transfer to ice cube trays and freeze to provide convenient portions for future use.

Instructions
1. Add a drop of vanilla essence to the fruit purée mix.
2. Prepare CERELAC® carefully, following the ‘make up’ instructions on the pack.
3. Stir in 30-45ml (2-3 tbsp) apricot purée.
4. Serve warm.
Tip
This is a recipe for how to make baby purée with apricot, but why not try other fruit purées, such as prunes or peach, instead?
Good to Know
When fresh apricots are out of season use dried instead, as they are available all year round. Just soak them in boiling water first to plump them up, drain, then use to make your purée.
