
Tuna, Broccoli and Potato Mash Pie
• 1 small potato (approximately 120g)
• 80g broccoli
• 20g tuna, in spring water
• Saucepan

Instructions
1. Wash, peel and dice the potato. Cook in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain potato and mash with a fork.
2. Meanwhile, wash and separate the broccoli florets and cook in a pan of boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain.
3. Stir in the tuna and cooked broccoli.
4. Serve warm.
